The Neo-Darwinian Theory Range of Applicability
The Neo-Darwinian Theory can be expressed in terms of four independent propositions concerning:
1. The origin of life.
2. Common ancestry.
3. The mechanism by which substantially different gene types first appeared on Earth.
4. Microevolution: descent with modifications arising from gene shuffling coupled with the "Natural Selection List" but involving no substantially new genetic material.
